what we do

JB Management provides three licensed investment services: reception and transmission of orders, execution of orders on behalf of clients, and safekeeping of financial instruments. The company does not manage client funds, does not give personal investment recommendations and does not guarantee returns.

We operate on an agency model. Client orders are passed to a pool of liquidity providers made up of banks and non-bank market makers. JB Management does not take the opposite side of client trades. The company's revenue comes from the spread and volume-based commission, not from client losses. This removes the structural conflict of interest inherent in the dealing-desk model.

approach

  1. Cost transparency.

The cost of every trade is disclosed in advance. The spread, commission, swap rate and settlement currency are listed in the specification for each instrument. Historical spreads for past periods can be viewed in the public archive.

  2. No aggressive incentives.

JB Management does not offer retail clients deposit bonuses, volume-based cashback or other monetary incentives to trade. This is explicitly prohibited by ESMA, and the company regards it as a sound rule: incentives push clients to trade in larger volumes than their capital allows.

  3. Clients understand what they are buying.

An appropriateness assessment is carried out before an account is opened. If the answers point to a lack of knowledge, the client receives a warning. Educational materials are available without registration and without any requirement to fund an account.

  4. Technology foundation.

Our servers are located in an Equinix data centre, alongside the infrastructure of most liquidity providers. This reduces latency when orders are transmitted.
